As our new Account Manager, with your proven expertise in IT and sales, you will be at the forefront of the search for new potential customers and aim to achieve quarterly and yearly goals, while hitting vendor targets. You will build a trusted relationship with customers and effectively search for new opportunities with current customers, by participating in webinars and offline activities.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Acquire new customers and expand acquired ones
Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to continuous customer development - Prepare and present offers to customer C-level stakeholders, and execute contract negotiations until closing and processing of tenders
- Take part in the CRM maintenance and participate actively in pipeline and forecast calls
- Collaborate closely with technical consultants and licensing specialists
Your Competencies:
- 3 years of hands-on sales experience within IT software or Cloud sales
- Proficiency in understanding complex customer situations and IT environments, and ability to convince through a value-selling approach
- Familiarity with MS Office applications and CRM databases
- Sales experience in new customer acquisition, demand determination, creative offer design and price negotiation combined with contract closure
Knowledge of Microsoft, IBM, AWS, Oracle, Google
