As our Account Manager, your main objective will be to nurture and maintain business relationships within a portfolio of enterprise and corporate accounts. Your role involves identifying and assessing opportunities for revenue expansion and client services, benefiting both Crayon and our customers. Your daily activities will involve a well-rounded approach, encompassing the development of existing accounts and pursuing new prospects.

About the role

Your responsibilities will include:



  • Excel in enterprise customer management and cultivate solid relationships with stakeholders across all seniority levels of large brands

  • Leverage Crayon`s customer-centric approach and your consultative selling skills to engage customers in strategic conversations about expansion and growth

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive territory plan to achieve quarterly sales and annual revenue targets in the Hungarian market

  • Responsible for driving new business, onboarding customers, generating pipelines, conducting sales and marketing activities, and ensuring accurate forecasting and timely CRM reporting


 

Wanted competency and experience

Your competencies:



  • 3+ years' sales experience in the enterprise segment (e.g financial sector) with a focus on IT solutions selling, with a documented track record of consistently exceeding quotas

  • Focus on larger system integrators or international vendors (Microsoft, AWS, or Google Cloud)

  • Demonstrated experience selling to C-Level executives/Senior stakeholders, driving long-term sales campaigns that align with customer challenges and strategic initiatives delivering value through Crayon's services

  • Selling multi-cloud solutions and software licensing, such as Infrastructure as a Service, Cloud, and SW licensing is beneficial

  • You possess solid communication and negotiation skills, capable of dealing with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
