As our new Microsoft 365 Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, managing, and tailoring Microsoft 365 solutions for Crayon customers. You will collaborate with customers to understand their business needs and provide training and support for Microsoft 365 usage. In addition, you will also be involved in pre-sales activities.

Other responsibilities will include:

• Assisting customers in managing their Microsoft 365 environments, which entails monitoring performance, identifying security issues, and applying updates
• Providing customers with support and troubleshooting for their Microsoft 365 environments, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering guidance on Microsoft 365 usage
• Delivering training and support to customers on optimizing their Microsoft 365 investment
• Assisting customers in developing and implementing Microsoft 365 services

Your Competencies:

• 2+ years' experience in Cloud Architecture
• Deep knowledge of hybrid Microsoft Exchange architecture and setup
• Understanding of Microsoft 365 security features
• Microsoft Certifications such as MS900, MS-500, AZ-900 & Microsoft 365
• Architect are highly regarded
